Professor
Bob Scott is in his sixties and holds a Master of Science in Computer
Science from the University of London in 1967. He has over 40 years
of experience of information systems of which 3 have been in Zambia
and 20 in Kenya and the rest in Britain. He first worked at the University
of Nairobi in 1969 and returned to the Institute of Computer Science
in 1978.
He
has worked in Shropshire since 2001, he has trained several hundred
people of different ages from different organisations and has successfully
given Maths Tuition to students from local schools. He now offers consultancy
to people to move from PC's to laptops, acquire their first laptops,
use of the Apple Ipad, and move their data to portable devices like
MP3 players, and Apple Ipod.

Professor
Scott has also given on site computer training courses to managers from
numerous organisations. He has given practical computer training to
chief executives and professionals on a one-to-one basis.
Professor
Scott is director of international research & developemt for INTEC,
Cambridge Insitute of Technology and consultant with NAPTA,
National Association of Professional Teaching Assistants in the West
Midlands.
Professor
Scott has extensive experience of personal computer applications packages
and has
undertaken consultancy assignments in United Kingdom, Kenya, Tanzania,
Uganda, Malawi, Mauritius, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
